基于数据挖掘的《中华医典》小儿积滞用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术分析《中华医典》中治疗小儿积滞的组方,探析用药规律。方法以“积滞”“食积”等相关病名进行处方筛选,使用Microsoft Excel建立积滞数据库,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0及IBM SPSS Statistics进行数据挖掘。结果最终纳入中药共202味,用药频次1957次,其中频次≥30次的高频药物有23味;支持度最高的两点药物组合为陈皮-神曲,置信度最高的两点药物组合为神曲-麦芽;高频药物中,关联度最强的药物组合为神曲-陈皮;核心药物包括陈皮、神曲、白术、茯苓、麦芽、青皮、砂仁、厚朴等。结论古代医家在治疗小儿积滞的过程中注重理气行气健脾,可为现代临床治疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the medication rule of Chinese Medical Code in the treatment of indigestion in children based on data mining.Methods Prescription screening was carried out according to related disease names such as“indigestion”and“dyspepsia”.Microsoft Excel was used to establish the accumulation database.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics were used for data mining.Results A total of 202 Chinese medicines were finally included,with a frequency of 1957 doses and 23 medicines with a frequency of more than or equal to 30.The two-point drug combination with the highest support was dried tangerine peel with medicated leaven,and the two-point drug combination with the highest confidence was medicated leaven with germinated barley,the strongest association among the high-frequency drugs was dried tangerine peel with medicated leaven,the core drug combinations included dried tangerine peel,medicated leaven,largehead atractylodes rhizome,Indian bread,germinated barley,immature tangerine peel,villous amomum fruit,officinal magnolia bark.Conclusion Ancient doctors paid attention to regulating qi and invigorating spleen in the process of treating indigestion in children,which can provide reference for modern clinical treatment.
