摘　　要：目的将西医临床外敷冰袋与传统中药外敷结合起来,研发自动制冷外敷中药袋,以实现中西医并重,“重”在优势互补。方法根据吸热原理,将碳酰胺(制冷剂,医用级)、羧甲基纤维素钠(蓄冷剂,食用级)、栀子粉(药食同源)以最佳比例混合,以达最佳制冷效果和中药外敷疗效。结果60度白酒、碳酰胺、羧甲基纤维素钠的最佳比例是10 mL∶8 g∶0.2 g,且加入栀子粉后蓄冷效果更好。结论自动制冷外敷中药袋既实现了西医急性期的冷敷以减少渗出、减轻肿胀、减轻疼痛,又实现了中医急性期持续外敷以消溃止痛、化瘀活络;既解决了西医临床冷敷和中药外敷的中西医结合的问题,又解决了冰袋受制冷设备限制的临床应用问题。Objective To develop an automatic refrigeration external application of Chinese medicine bag by combining Western medicine clinical external application of ice bag with traditional Chinese medicine external application,with equal emphasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine,especially in complementary advantages.Methods According to the principle of endothermy,carboamide(refrigerant,medical grade),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(coolant,edible grade),Zhizi powder(medicine and food homology)were mixed up on the best proportion to achieve the best refrigeration effect and the external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The best ratio of 60 degree liquor,carboamide,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was 10 mL:8 g:0.2 g,and the cold storage effect was better after adding Zhizi powder.Conclusion According to different clinical injuries and symptoms,the composition of Chinese medicine in the cold compress bag can be changed to have a strong function expansion.It not only achieves the cold compress in the acute phase of Western medicine to reduce exudation,relieve swelling and pain but also achieves continuous external application in the acute phase of Chinese medicine to relieve pain and activate collaterals.It solves the problem of combining Western medicine clinical cold compress and Chinese medicine external compress.It also solves the clinical application problem that the ice bag can be quickly made into automatic refrigerating external application of Chinese medicine bag due to the limitation of refrigeration equipment.
