天麻不同部位有效成分含量差异研究

摘　　要：目的作者在长期的生产质量检验工作中发现天麻不同药用部位的有效成分天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇总含量存在差异,并在此研究中进行了探究,为天麻的质量标准建立及生产质量控制提供数据支持和研究方向。方法从8吨天麻样本中取出4份样品,即样品1、样品2、样品3、样品4。样品1为统货,既有带皮又有不带皮的混合物;样品2带皮;样品3带皮;样品4不带皮。按照2015年版《中华人民共和国药典:一部》天麻项下含量测定标准,以高效液相色谱法检验。结果带皮天麻有效成分含量高于不带皮天麻,提示天麻不同部位的有效成分含量有着显著差异。结论中药不同药用部位有效成分含量有显著差异,旁证了中药不同药用部位可能有不同的药理作用。Objective In the long-term production quality inspection work,the author found that there were differences in the content of gastrodin and the total amount of p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in different medicinal parts of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.This study was conducted to provide data support and research direction for the establishment of quality standards and production quality control of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.Methods Four samples were taken from 8 tons of Gastrodiae Rhizoma samples,that is,sample 1,sample 2,sample 3,sample 4.Sample 1 was unified goods,that is,a mixture of both skinned and no skin,samples 2 skins,samples 3 skins,samples 4 without skins,and tested according to the method of high performance liquid chromatography for the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.Results It was found that the content of skinned Gastrodiae Rhizoma was higher than that of non-skinned Gastrodiae Rhizoma.Conclusion There were significant differences in the content of active components in different medicinal parts of Chinese medicine,which circumstantial evidence that different medicinal parts of Chinese medicine may have different pharmacological effects.
