火针联合中药湿敷治疗急性期头面部带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火针联合中药湿敷治疗急性期头面部带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年10月皮肤科病房收治的76例急性期头面部带状疱疹患者,随机分为西医组和联合组,各38例。西医组给予西医常规治疗,联合组给予火针联合中药湿敷治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,止疱、结痂和脱痂时间,中医证候积分,皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分以及后遗神经痛的发生率。结果治疗后,联合组VAS、DLQI评分,中医证候积分均较西医组明显降低(P<0.05),且疱疹愈合时间明显短于西医组(P<0.05)。联合组后遗神经痛发生率5.26%(2/38)低于西医组的15.79%(6/38)(P<0.05)。结论火针联合中药湿敷治疗急性期头面部带状疱疹,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛并促进其临床症状的改善,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of acute cephalic and facial herpes zoster.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute cephalic and facial herpes zoster admitted to dermatology ward from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into Western medicine group of 38 cases and the combined group of 38 cases.The Western medicine group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group was given fire needle combined with Chinese medicine wet compress treatment.The changes in pain score(VAS),time to stop blistering,crusting and debridement,changes in quality of life index(DLQI),TCM syndrome scores and the incidence of posterior neuralgia were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS,DLQI and TCM syndrome scores in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the Western group(P<0.05),and the healing time of herpes was significantly shorter than that in the Western group(P<0.05).The incidence of posthumous neuralgia in combined group was 5.26%(2/38),which was lower than that in Western medicine group(15.79%,6/38)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of acute cephalic and facial herpes zoster can effectively relieve the pain of patients in the acute stage,promote the improvement of their clinical symptoms,and has significant effect.
