平衡针灸治疗1例老年糖尿病患者临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针灸降糖穴配合足三里、三阴交用于1例老年糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法应用平衡针灸降糖穴配合足三里、三阴交针刺治疗1例老年糖尿病患者,比较治疗前后患者血糖指标的变化。结果患者血糖指数明显降低且口渴、口干、多饮等症状得到改善。结论平衡针灸降糖穴配合足三里、三阴交针刺对于改善患者血糖水平有满意的效果,可以改善患者口渴、口干、多饮等症状,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of balanced acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiangtang point combined with Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)in an elderly diabetic patient.Methods A case of elderly diabetic patients was treated with balanced acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiangtang point combined with Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6),and the changes of blood glucose index before and after treatment were compared.Results The glycemic index decreased significantly and the symptoms of thirst,dry mouth and polydipsia were improved.Conclusion The use of balanced acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiangtang point combined with Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)has a satisfactory effect on improving the blood glucose level of patients,which can improve the symptoms of thirst,dry mouth,polydipsia and so on,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
