摘　　要：目的观察中医全息刮痧联合无痛蜂疗应用于乳腺增生病的效果。方法将40例乳腺增生病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组运用中医全息刮痧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合无痛蜂疗。对比两组中医疗效评分、乳房局部疼痛症状改善程度、乳腺结节消散情况。结果观察组乳房局部疼痛症状改善程度、乳腺结节消散情况均优于对照组,且中医疗效评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全息刮痧联合无痛蜂疗能明显减轻乳腺增生病的临床疼痛症状、提高结节消散率。Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)holographic scraping combined with pain-free apitherapy in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 40 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with TCM holographic scraping combined with pain-free apitherapy,while the control group was treated with TCM holographic scraping.The TCM effect score,the improvement degree of local breast pain symptoms and the dissipation of breast nodules were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement degree of local breast pain symptoms and the dissipation of breast nodules in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the TCM effect score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of holographic scraping and pain-free apitherapy can significantly alleviate the clinical pain symptoms of breast hyperplasia,and increases the rate of nodule dissipation.
