风池穴温针灸与祛风散内服治疗面神经炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究风池穴温针灸与祛风散内服治疗面神经炎患者的临床效果。方法从兴国县人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的面神经炎患者中选取70例作为此次研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受风池穴温针灸治疗,观察组接受风池穴温针灸与祛风散内服治疗,比较两组临床疗效及面部残疾指数(FDI)评分。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FDI躯体功能积分、社会生活功能积分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述积分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用祛风散内服与风池穴温针灸治疗面神经炎,可以促进患者面神经功能恢复,提高临床效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with facial neuritis admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20),and the observation group received warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder.Clinical efficacy and facial disability index(FDI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%,26/35)(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences were observed in FDI physical function scores,social life function scores,or total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher scores in FDI physical function,social life,and total scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder in the treatment of facial neuritis can promote the recovery of facial nerve function and improve the therapeutic effect.
