从风痰论治小儿急性喘息性支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨从风痰论治小儿急性喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法将64例急性喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组采用咳喘方中药颗粒剂治疗,对照组应用丙卡特罗口服液、孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状、体征改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%(31/32),明显高于对照组的84.38%(27/32)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿主症(咳嗽、喘息)、体征(痰鸣音、喘鸣音)积分及日间、夜间咳嗽积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组;且观察组患儿咳嗽好转、肺部体征改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现不良反应。结论采用咳喘方从风痰论治小儿急性喘息性支气管炎,可以缩短患儿病程,临床效果明显,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating acute asthmatic bronchitis in children with wind-phlegm.Methods Sixty-four children with acute asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Kechuan granules,while the control group was treated with Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.38%,27/32)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms(cough,wheezing),physical signs(sputum sound,wheezing sound)and daytime and night cough in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The improvement time of cough and pulmonary signs in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion The treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis with Kechuan granules based on wind-phlegm can shorten the course of the disease and has obvious therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
