改良式中药保留灌肠联合竹圈姜灸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者使用改良式中药保留灌肠联合竹圈姜灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年7月在泰和县中医院妇产科住院治疗的76例慢性盆腔炎患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。对照组使用西医常规抗感染治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予改良式中药保留灌肠联合竹圈姜灸治疗,疗程均为2周。对比两组临床效果、临床症状恢复时间、患者满意度。结果治疗组总有效率97.37%(37/38)高于对照组的65.79%(25/38)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者满意度97.37%(37/38)明显高于对照组的65.79%(25/38)(P<0.05)。结论改良式中药保留灌肠联合竹圈姜灸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果显著,且恢复时间快,无不良反应,操作简单,患者接受度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved Chinese medicine retention enema combined with bamboo circle ginger moxibustion in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were hospitalized in department of gynecology of Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of treatment,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional anti-infective treatment with Western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was given improved Chinese medicine retention enema combined with bamboo circle ginger moxibustion.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The clinical effect,clinical symptom recovery time,and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than that of the control group(65.79%,25/38)(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction in the treatment group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than that in the control group(65.79%,25/38)(P<0.05)Conclusion Improved Chinese medicine retention enema combined with bamboo circle ginger moxibustion has significant clinical effect and fast recovery time in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It has no adverse reactions,is simple to operate,and has high patient acceptance.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
