苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月会昌县妇幼保健院收治的60例PCOS不孕症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组加用苍附导痰汤治疗,持续治疗4个周期。比较两组临床效果及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,子宫内膜螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均小于对照组(P<0.05);卵泡数目少于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠成功率为70.00%(21/30),高于对照组的40.00%(12/30)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苍附导痰汤可提高PCOS不孕症的治疗效果,调节患者体内性激素水平,改善其子宫内膜容受性,纠正卵巢功能异常,增加妊娠成功率。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Cangfu Daotan decoction in the treatment of infertility induced by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty patients with infertility induced by PCOS admitted to Huichang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Cangfu Daotan decoction for 4 cycles on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,estradiol(E2)level in observation group was higher than that in control group,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness was higher than that of control group,and the spiral artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The number of follicles and ovarian volume were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate in the observation group was 70.00%(21/30),which was higher than that in the control group(40.00%,12/30)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of infertility induced by PCOS,regulate the levels of sexual hormones,improve endometrial receptivity,correct ovarian dysfunction,and increase the success rate of pregnancy.
