针刺联合镇肝熄风汤治疗脑卒中阴虚风动证临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合镇肝熄风汤加减治疗脑卒中阴虚风动证的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年2月宁都县人民医院收治的70例脑卒中阴虚风动证患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组加用针刺联合镇肝熄风汤加减治疗,持续治疗14 d。对比两组疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血清炎症因子水平、中医症状评分及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、血清炎症因子水平及自汗、肢体麻木、气短乏力的中医症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用针刺及镇肝熄风汤加减,可增强脑卒中阴虚风动证患者的治疗效果,加快其炎症消退及神经功能恢复,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Zhen’gan Xifeng decoction in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy of syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency.Methods Seventy patients with cerebral apoplexy of syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency admitted to Ningdu County People’s Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Zhen’gan Xifeng decoction on the basis of the control group for 14 days.The therapeutic effect,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,serum inflammatory factor level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,serum inflammatory factor level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of spontaneous sweating,limb numbness and shortness of breath in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and Zhen’gan Xifeng decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect of cerebral apoplexy of syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency,accelerate the regression of inflammation and the recovery of neurological function,and is safe and reliable.
