三香化瘀汤治疗血瘀型癌性厌食临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正化瘀法对血瘀型癌性厌食患者食欲、营养指标及生活质量的影响。方法将2022年11月—2023年7月泰安市中医医院治疗的60例癌性厌食症患者采用随机分组原则分成两组,各30例。对照组予营养支持治疗,观察组予三香化瘀汤联合营养支持治疗,均连续治疗4周。观察两组食欲疗效、中医证候疗效及治疗前后白蛋白、前白蛋白代谢相关指标。结果观察组食欲改善总有效率83.3%(25/30)高于对照组的60.0%(18/30),中医证候疗效总有效率86.7%(26/30)亦优于对照组的56.7%(17/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均明显升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正化瘀法治疗血瘀型癌性厌食症有效,三香化瘀汤可明显减轻患者的厌食症状,改善其营养状况,并提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening the body resistance and removing blood stasis method on appetite,nutritional indexes and quality of life in patients with blood stasis cancerous anorexia.Methods A total of 60 patients with cancerous anorexia treated in Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nutritional support,and the observation group was treated with Sanxiang Huayu decoction combined with nutritional support for 4 weeks.The effect of appetite,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,albumin and prealbumin metabolism were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of appetite improvement in the observation group was 83.3%(25/30),which was higher than that in the control group(60.0%,18/30),and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 86.7%(26/30),which was better than that in the control group(56.7%,17/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of albumin and prealbumin in both groups were significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanxiang Huayu decoction can significantly improve the appetite and nutritional status of patients with blood stasis cancerous anorexia,and improve the quality of life.
