补肾壮骨汤对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者预后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾壮骨汤对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者预后恢复的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年11月济宁市中医院收治的52例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为治疗研究分组依据,其中施以常规治疗的设为参照组(26例),参照组基础上,施以补肾壮骨汤治疗的设为研究组(26例)。对比两组患者的治疗效果,骨矿含量,骨密度,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TPACP-5b)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,骨折愈合时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.15%(25/26)显著高于参照组的69.23%(18/26)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨矿含量,骨密度,TPACP-5b、ALP水平,VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组上述指标以及骨折愈合时间同参照组比较更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者给予补肾壮骨汤治疗,可改善骨质疏松,促进骨折愈合。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction on the prognosis and recovery outcomes in patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods Fifty-two patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture admitted to Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.Coin-throwing method was used as the basis of treatment group,in which 26 patients receiving conventional treatment were set as the control group.Based on the control group,the study group(26 cases)was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu decoction.The therapeutic effect,bone mineral content,bone mineral density,tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5b(TPACP-5b),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%(25/26),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.23%,18/26)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in bone mineral content,bone mineral density,TPACP-5b,ALP and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes and fracture healing time of the study group were better compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture,Bushen Zhuanggu decoction can improve osteoporosis and promote fracture healing.
