升陷汤联合体外膈肌起搏治疗尘肺病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察升陷汤联合体外膈肌起搏治疗尘肺病的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年3月赣州市第五人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的尘肺病患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用升陷汤联合体外膈肌起搏。收集两组的肺功能指标、6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分和不良反应等情况。结果治疗前,两组肺功能指标、6MWD、SGRQ评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能指标、6MWD、SGRQ评分均有所改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应事件总发生率12%(6/50)低于对照组的30%(15/50)(P<0.05)。结论升陷汤联合体外膈肌起搏治疗尘肺病能改善患者的肺功能和生存质量,同时具有较好的安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengxian decoction combined with external diaphragm pacing in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Ganzhou Fifth People’s Hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Shengxian decoction combined with external diaphragm pacing on the basis of the control group.Pulmonary function,6-minute walk distance(6MWD),quality of life score(SGRQ)and adverse reactions were collected between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lung function indicators,6MWD and SGRQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function,6MWD and SGRQ scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 12%(6/50),which was lower than that in the control group(30%,15/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxian decoction combined with external diaphragm pacing can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis,and has good safety.
