摘　　要：黄芪为临床常用的补气药,是治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的常用药物。目前发现黄芪具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、保护血脑屏障、抗动脉粥样硬化、抑制铁死亡等作用,可保护神经元免受各种病理因素损伤,进而保护认知功能。文章总结近年来黄芪治疗VD的相关研究,对其调控机制及应用进行整体阐述,以期为黄芪治疗VD的研究和临床实践提供理论依据。Radix Astragali seu Hedysari is a commonly used medicine for replenishing qi in clinic.It is a commonly used medicine for the treatment of vascular dementia(VD).It has been found that Radix Astragali seu Hedysari has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress,blood-brain barrier protection,anti-atherosclerosis,iron death inhibition and other effects,so as to protect neurons from various pathological factors,and thus protect cognitive function.This paper summarized the correlation studies of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari in the treatment of VD in recent years,and expounded its regulatory mechanism and application as a whole,in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and clinical practice of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari in the treatment of VD.
