摘　　要：随着现代学习、生活以及工作方式的改变,人们越发频繁地使用电脑、手机等电子产品,导致颈、腰痛等肌肉、骨骼疾病逐渐成为影响生活质量的重要原因。腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)为临床腰痛的常见病因之一,越发引起人们的关注。推拿作为绿色、无不良作用的疗法,被广泛应用于临床并取得了良好的效果,但仍缺乏关于其作用机制的系统研究。文章将针对推拿治疗LDH的作用机制进行系统综述,总结前人的研究,为之后的研究提供思路。With the changes in modern learning,life,and work styles,people are increasingly using electronic products such as computers and mobile phones,and musculoskeletal diseases such as neck and low back pain have become important reasons for affecting people’s quality of life.Lumbar disc herniation(LDH),as one of the common causes of clinical low back pain,has increasingly attracted people’s attention.Tuina,as a green,non-side effect therapy,is widely used in clinical practice and has achieved good results.However,there is lack of systematic research on its mechanism of action.A systematic review conducted on the mechanism of tuina therapy for LDH,summarizing previous research and providing ideas for future research.
