基于血浊理论探讨H型高血压病的辨治

摘　　要：H型高血压病是指伴有高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的原发性高血压病,在我国原发性高血压病患者中占有较高的比例。作为心脑血管疾病的危险因素,HHcy是H型高血压病发生发展的重要病理基础。先天不足、饮食失宜、情志不畅、劳逸失常等因素致血浊内生,继而浊扰清窍、浊损脉道是其基本病机,清化血浊是其基本治则。中医药在H型高血压病的治疗中具有很大的发展前景。文章试以血浊理论为基础,探讨H型高血压病的辨治。H-type refers to essential hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy),which accounts for a high proportion of patients with essential hypertension in China.As a risk factor for cardiovascular disease,HHcy is an important pathological basis for the development of H-type hypertension.Because of congenital deficiency,poor diet,emotional and mental disorders,and abnormal labor and rest,blood turbidity is generated internally,and turbidity disturbs the clear orifices and damages the pulse pathways.Traditional Chinese medicine has great prospects for development in the treatment of H-type hypertension.This paper discussed the identification and treatment of H-type hypertension based on the theory of blood turbidity.
