摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是脊柱外科常见的多发病,有难以根治且易反复发作的特点,因此患者及其家属工作与生活的幸福指数大受影响。此病常规治疗费用昂贵且效果欠佳。为了更好地指导临床医生的诊疗工作、减轻LDH给患者带来的负担,2020年4月,中华医学会发布《腰椎间盘突出症诊疗指南》。指南表明,大部分LDH患者经保守治疗,症状均能得到改善,非手术治疗的成功率为80%~90%,应作为不伴有显著神经损害的LDH患者的首选治疗方法。文章主要对近年来针刺的方法和效果进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Lumbar disc herniation is a common occurrence in spinal surgery,which is difficult to cure and easy to relapse.Therefore,the happiness index of work and life of patients and their families is greatly affected.Conventional treatment of lumbar disc herniation is expensive and ineffective.In order to better guide clinicians in diagnosis and treatment and improve the burden of lumbar disc herniation on patients,the Chinese Medical Association issued the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation in April 2020,which showed that most patients with lumbar disc herniation could improve their symptoms through conservative treatment.The success rate of non-surgical treatment is about 80% to 90%,and should be used as the preferred treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation without significant nerve damage.This article mainly reviewed the methods and effects of acupuncture in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
