双一流背景下一流护理学专业建设研究——以云南中医药大学为例

摘　　要：2019年启动的一流本科专业建设“双万计划”,明确指出建设一流专业是培养一流人才的保障和做强一流本科教育的基础。文章以云南中医药大学为例,从教学体系建设、教学方式转变、师资队伍建设、人才培养方案改革等方面介绍一流护理学专业的建设举措,为全面深化中医药院校护理学科教学综合改革及全面推进一流本科护理学专业建设提出持续改进的方向,以期为边疆地区中医药院校相关专业学科建设提供借鉴。The“Double Ten Thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class majors launched in 2019 clearly points out that the construction of first-class majors is the guarantee for training first-class talents and the basis for strengthening first-class undergraduate education.Taking the nursing major construction of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper introduced the construction measures of the first-class nursing major from the aspects of teaching system construction,teaching method transformation,faculty construction,personnel training program reform and so on,and put forward the direction of continuous improvement for comprehensively deepening the comprehensive reform of nursing teaching in university of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensively promoting the construction of first-class undergraduate nursing major,in order to provide reference for the construction of relevant professional disciplines of university of traditional Chinese medicine in border areas.
