摘　　要：习近平关于新质生产力重要论述是马克思主义生产力理论中国化的创新成果,也是习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,蕴含深厚的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义意蕴。这一重要论述的哲学意蕴具体表现为:实事求是的认识论揭示新质生产力是新型的生产力、创新的生产力、绿色的生产力的本质内涵;唯物辩证的方法论揭示坚持先立后破、因地制宜、分类指导的基本原则;以人民为中心的主体论揭示激发人民的主体性、发挥人民的创造力、发展成果由人民共享的价值归旨;统筹兼顾的系统论揭示新质生产力在要素、主体、保障机制等方面是一个各内部要素彼此联系的系统集成。Xi Jinping's important discourse on the new quality of productive forces is an innovative achievement of the sinicization of Marxist productive forces theory,and An important component of Xi Jinping's Economic Thought,containing profound dialectical materialism and historical materialism implications.The philosophical implications of this important discourse are manifested as follows:the pragmatic epistemology reveals that the new quality productivity is the essential connotation of new productivity,innovative productivity,and green productivity;the methodology of dialectical materialism reveals the basic principles of adhering to the principle of first establishing and then breaking,adapting to local conditions,and providing classified guidance;the people-centered subjectivity theory reveals the value of stimulating people's subjectivity,unleashing their creativity,and sharing development achievements with the people;and the system theory of overall consideration reveals that the new quality productivity is a systematic integration of interconnected internal elements in terms of factors,subjects,and guarantee mechanisms.
