进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的生成逻辑、实践进路与价值意蕴

摘　　要：改革开放是决定中国式现代化成败的关键一招。党的二十届三中全会以中国式现代化为主题,系统研究进一步全面深化改革的必要性、重要性和重大举措等。从生成逻辑看,进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化,体现了中国共产党对科学社会主义基本原则的坚持和发展,是对当代中国依靠改革开放大踏步赶上时代的历史经验的把握和运用,是中国式现代化进程中面临的问题和挑战的实践要求。从实践进路看,进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化,要做到坚持和加强党的全面领导,确保改革的正确方向;以经济体制改革为牵引,统筹推进各方面的改革;加快发展新质生产力,激发改革的创新动能;更好统筹发展和安全,塑造改革的有利环境,从而确保中国式现代化行稳致远。从价值意蕴看,进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化,坚持为人民造福,推进中国式现代化的价值旨归;坚持走自己的路,推进中国式现代化的发展基点;坚持胸怀天下,推进中国式现代化的世界意义,为丰富和发展中国式现代化的理论和实践作出重要贡献。Reform and opening up is the key to the success of Chinese modernization.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC took Chinese modernization as the theme and systematically studied the necessity,importance and major measures of further deepening the reform comprehensively.From the perspective of generative logic,promoting Chinese path to modernization by further deepening reform comprehensively reflects the CPC's adherence to and development of the basic principles of scientific socialism;it is the grasp and application of contemporary China's historical experience of catching up with the times by relying on reform and opening up,and is the practical requirement of the problems and challenges faced in the process of Chinese path to modernization.From the perspective of practical approach,to promote Chinese path to modernization by further comprehensively deepening the reform,we should adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party to ensure the correct direction of the reform,take economic system reform as the driving force to comprehensively promote the reforms in all aspects,accelerate the development of the new quality productive forces and stimulate innovative momentum for the reform,better coordinate development and security,and create a favorable environment for the reform,so as to ensure that Chinese path to modernization is carried out steadily and far.From the perspective of value implication,we should further comprehensively deepen the reform to promote Chinese path to modernization,adhere to the value purpose of benefiting the people and promoting Chinese path to modernization;adhere to our own path and promote the development of Chinese path to modernization;adhere to the world significance of keeping the world in mind and promoting Chinese path to modernization,and make important contributions to enriching and developing the theory and practice of Chinese path to modernization.
