基于耦合模型的大健康产业与健康老龄化协调发展与驱动因素研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度持续加深,推进健康老龄化,构建健康老龄社会,成为我国应对老龄化的必然选择,促进健康老龄化与大健康产业协调发展有利于减弱和抵消老龄化社会带来的负面影响。通过运用耦合协调度模型,利用2001-2019年面板数据,系统分析2000年以来我国健康老龄化与大健康产业的耦合协调发展水平,表明二者之间的发展关系可以分为三个阶段:初步阶段(2001-2010)、调整阶段(2011-2016)、高质量阶段(2017-2020)。进一步分析了影响二者协调发展的动力因素,实证结果表明,经济发展水平、政府能效与产业基础是影响二者协调度的主要因素。提出从完善相关政策法规,满足老年人多样需求、促进人居环境与基础设施适老化改造、推进健康管理发展等建议,促进健康老龄化与大健康产业协调发展。With the continuous deepening of the aging of the population,promoting the healthy aging of our country and building a healthy aging society has become an inevitable choice to deal with the aging of our country,and promoting the coordinated development of healthy aging and large health industry is conducive to weaken and offset the negative impact of the aging society.By using the coupling coordination degree model,this paper systematically analyzes the coupling coordination development level of China's healthy aging and large health industry since 2000 by using the panel data from 2001 to 2019.The empirical results show that the development relationship between the two can be divided into three stages:Preliminary stage(2001-2010),adjustment stage(2011-2016),high quality stage(2017-2020).The paper further analyzes the dynamic factors affecting the coordinated development of the two.The empirical results show that economic development level,government energy efficiency and industrial base are the main factors affecting the coordination degree of the two.Suggestions are put forward to improve relevant policies and regulations,meet the diverse needs of the elderly,promote the transformation of living environment communities and infrastructure to adapt to aging,and promote the development of health management,so as to promote the coordinated development of healthy aging and large health industry.
