绿色金融促进碳减排的路径与作用机理分析——基于绿色技术进步与产业结构生态化视角

摘　　要：采用改进的GPCA方法测度绿色金融发展指数,利用IPCC清单法中的表观法测度碳排放量,从绿色技术进步和产业结构生态化视角检验绿色金融促进碳减排的效应和机制。实证结果表明:绿色金融发展能够显著促进碳减排,绿色技术进步和产业结构生态化在绿色金融促进碳减排中发挥重要作用。分样本回归结果表明:高碳排放强度地区绿色金融发展对碳排放量的影响效应要大于低碳排放强度地区,中西部地区绿色金融发展对碳排放量的影响效应要大于低碳排放强度地区。因此,应积极推动绿色金融发展,充分发挥绿色金融在绿色技术进步和产业方面的积极推动作用,并协调区域发展,强化绿色金融对碳减排的促进作用。This paper applies an improved GPCA method to measure the development index of green finance and the apparent method from the IPCC inventory to measure carbon emissions,so as to examine the effects and mechanisms of green finance promoting carbon reduction from the perspectives of green technological progress and ecological industrialization.The empirical results show that the development of green finance can significantly promote carbon reduction,and green technological progress and ecological industrialization play an important role in promoting carbon reduction through green finance.At the same time,the regression results for sub-samples show that the impact of the green finance development index on carbon emissions is greater in high-carbon emission intensity regions than that in low-carbon emission intensity regions,and the impact of the green finance development index in the central and western regions is greater than that in low-carbon emission intensity regions.Therefore,it is proposed that active promotion of green finance should be carried out,the positive role of green finance in promoting green technological progress and industrial development should be fully leveraged,and regional development should be coordinated to enhance the promotion of carbon reduction by green finance.
