摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,其中精神文化生活富裕是不可忽视的一部分。乡村文化是我国历史发展进程中形成的具有地域特色的物质与精神体系,凸显着当地独特的地域文化。乡村文化振兴是解决城乡之间精神文化生活不平衡的关键因素。立足乡村文化振兴的科学内涵与价值意义,梳理乡村文化振兴助力共同富裕的理论依托,研究发现,当前我国依旧面临着乡村文化振兴的意识观念模糊、特色产业发展滞后、人才流失严重等诸多方面的现实挑战。基于当前的现实困境,为推进乡村文化振兴助力共同富裕,未来我国应塑造以中国式现代化为引领的观念核心;打造以在地资源为助力的特色产业;建构以乡村群众为主体的人才队伍。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,among which the prosperity of spiritual and cultural life is an important part that cannot be ignored.Rural culture is a material and spiritual system with regional characteristics formed in the course of China′s historical development,highlighting the unique local regional culture.Rural cultural revitalization is a key factor in solving the imbalance of spiritual and cultural life between urban and rural areas.Based on the scientific connotation and value significance of rural cultural revitalization,this study sorted out the theoretical support for rural cultural revitalization to promote common prosperity,and found that the country is still facing many practical challenges such as vague awareness of rural cultural revitalization,lagging development of characteristic industries,and serious talent loss.Based on the current practical dilemma and an indepth analysis and in order to promote rural cultural revitalization to boost common prosperity,the country should shape the core concept led by Chinese-style modernization;create characteristic industries assisted by local resources;and build a talent team with rural residents as the main body.
