吉林省高素质应用型人才驱动新质生产力发展路径研究

摘　　要：新质生产力以高科技含量、高附加值、低能耗和绿色环保为特点,其发展依赖于高素质应用型人才。高素质应用型人才具备丰富的专业知识、创新意识和实践能力,能够推动技术革命性突破,实现生产要素的创新性配置,推动产业的深度转型升级,提供高质量的服务。然而,吉林省在高素质职业技能人才供给、教育培训体系、评价与激励机制以及终身学习和创新能力培养方面仍面临挑战。为驱动新质生产力发展,需培养具备创新能力、高科技技能、战略视野、终身学习和适应变革能力以及绿色可持续发展理念的高素质应用型人才。因此,应深化高素质应用型人才培养教育理念革新,优化高素质应用型人才教育课程体系建设,完善评价考核体系,改革人才引进与流动机制,推动创新创业,提供政策支持与制度创新。以有效推动新质生产力的发展,促进经济社会的高质量、可持续发展。New quality productive forces is characterized by high-tech content,high added value,low energy consumption and green environmental protection,and its development depends on high-quality applied talents.Highquality applied talents have rich professional knowledge,innovation awareness and practical ability.They can usually promote revolutionary technological breakthroughs,achieve innovative allocation of production factors,promote the deep transformation and upgrading of industries,and provide high-quality services.However,Jilin province still faces challenges in the supply,education and training system,evaluation and incentive mechanism of high-quality professional skills talents.In order to drive the development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovation ability,high-tech skills,strategic vision,lifelong learning and adaptability to change,and green sustainable development awareness.We should deepen the innovation of the education concept of high-quality applied talent training,optimize the construction of high-quality applied talent education curriculum system,improve the evaluation and assessment system,reform the talent introduction and flow mechanism,promote innovation and entrepreneurship,and provide policy support and institutional innovation.By effectively boosting the development of new quality productive forces,we are able to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the economy and society.
