流程管理指导急性心肌梗死院前急救的效果

摘　　要：目的分析探究流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预在急诊心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至6月期间于本中心接诊的急诊心肌梗死患者36例作为对照组,对其实施常规院前急救干预。选取2023年7月至12月期间于本中心接诊的急诊心肌梗死患者42例作为观察组,在对照组基础上,对其实施以流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预。对比两组患者生命体征、急救情况、结局指标、患者对急救干预的满意度。结果观察组生命体征显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急救情况均显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,急救成功率、转运成功率显著高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组患者对抢救措施、医疗环境、服务态度、护理技能的评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊心肌梗死患者的院前急救干预中应用流程管理理念指导能有效稳定患者生命体征,缩短院前急救时间,提高抢救成功率,为患者生命安全提供保障,提升患者对急救干预的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of pre hospital emergency intervention guided by process management philosophy in emergency myocardial infarction patients.Methods A total of 36emergency myocardial infarction patients who were treated at our center from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the control group,and routine pre hospital emergency interventions were performed on them.42 emergency myocardial infarction patients who were treated at our center from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.On the basis of the control group,pre hospital emergency interventions guided by the concept of process management were implemented.Compare the vital signs,emergency situations,outcome indicators,and patient satisfaction with emergency interventions between two groups.Results The vital signs of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The first aid situation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the success rates of emergency treatment and transportation were significantly higher than those in the control group.The differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05);The scores of patients in the observation group on rescue measures,medical environment,service attitude,and nursing skills were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of process management philosophy guidance in pre hospital emergency intervention for emergency myocardial infarction patients can effectively stabilize the patient's vital signs,shorten the pre hospital emergency time,improve the success rate of rescue,provide guarantees for patient life safety,and enhance patient satis
