摘 要:在水流作用下单桩基础可能发生显著的冲刷问题,为促进淤泥固化技术在桩基冲刷治理中的应用,研究以海相、河相淤泥为基材的水下抗分散水泥土的优化配比。通过单因素轮换法探讨了不同水泥掺量、含水量、抗分散剂种类及掺量下,水泥土抗分散性能、流动性能和无侧限抗压强度的变化规律。结果表明:对于河相淤泥水泥土,掺入0.025%的羟丙基甲基纤维素,浊度下降46.6%,7 d无侧限抗压强度上升19.9%,抗分散剂能显著提高抗分散性能和强度,但掺量过高对强度存在负面影响;含水量对水泥土流动性能影响最大,从1.4wL增加到2wL,海相淤泥水泥土扩展度增长165%。基于试验结果推荐了用于桩基冲刷修复的海相、河相淤泥基材水泥土配比,结合泥沙起动流速试验,固化6 h后的两类推荐配比水泥土分别能够抵御3.5 m/s和3.1 m/s流速水流。经验证,文章提出的抗分散水泥土具有较好的抗冲刷性能,可为基础冲刷防护提供参考。Significant scouring problems may occur in monopile foundations under water flow.In order to promote the application of stabilized silt technology in pile foundation scouring treatment,the optimized proportioning of underwater antidispersant cemented-stabilized soil based on marine and river silt was investigated.The results show that:for cement-stabilized river silt,the turbidity decreases by 46.6%and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength increases by 19.9%with 0.025%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,and the anti-dispersant can significantly improve the anti-dispersant property and strength,but excessive dosage has a negative effect on strength;Water content has the greatest impact on the flowability of cementedstabilized soil,increasing from 1.4wL to 2wL,and the expansion of the marine silt cemented-stabilized soil increases by 165%.Based on the test results,the recommended proportion of marine and river silt substrate cemented-stabilized soil for pile scouring restoration was recommended.Combined with the sediment starting flow rate test,the two recommended proportions of cemented-stabilized soil after curing for 6 hours were able to withstand 3.5 m/s and 3.1 m/s flow velocity.It has been proved that the proposed anti-dispersion cemented-stabilized soil has good scour resistance performance,which can provide reference for foundation scour protection.
