摘 要:通过调研国内外已建海上风电母港的建设运营情况以及我国海上风电的装备、施工工艺和施工组织模式的发展情况,分析了我国海上风电产业发展对母港的建设需求,总结了母港建设的关键要素。结果显示,海上风电母港的建设在锁定目标资源的前提下,需要具备优良的水深条件、良好的泊稳条件、较高的承载力、宽阔的水域和净空条件、完善的码头功能和较大的陆域规模,以及良好的产业依托和陆域运输条件,可为类似项目提供技术借鉴与参考。The construction and operation of existing offshore wind power home ports at home and abroad,as well as the development of equipment,construction technology and construction organization mode of offshore wind power in China were investigated.The construction demand of home ports for the development of China's offshore wind power industry is analyzed,and the key elements of home port construction were summarized.The results show that,offshore wind power home port needs to have excellent water depth,good berthing conditions,high bearing capacity,wide water area and clear space conditions,perfect terminal function and large land area scale,as well as good industrial support and land transportation conditions under the premise of locking in target resources.The relevant conclusions provide technical reference for similar projects.
