摘  要:在港口运营模式较为复杂的情况下,为解决传统船舶岸电系统方案对于多用途泊位的船型适用性差、岸电使用率低等问题,以广西北部湾某多用途泊位船舶岸电系统为例,从船舶需求、系统结构、平面布局等方面分析探讨,提出一种移动式低压岸电装置优化方案。案例港口使用优化方案后,其岸电使用率超过国内主要航运企业的整体岸电使用率,全年相当于减少718 t标准煤燃烧排放的大气污染物。该方案经过工程实践检验,具备可行性与先进性,适应复杂的港口运营模式,有效解决岸基电源与船型适应度问题,提高船舶岸电使用率,有利于实现双碳目标与发展低碳经济。In the case of complex port operation modes,in order to solve problems of poor applicability and low shore power utilization rate of traditional ship-to-shore power system programs for multi-purpose berths,taking a multi-purpose berth shipto-shore power system in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses from the aspects of ship's demand,system structure,plane layout,etc.,and puts forward a kind of mobile low-voltage shore power device optimization scheme.After the use of the optimized solution in the case port,its shore power utilization rate exceeds the overall shore power utilization rate of major domestic shipping enterprises,reducing air pollutants equivalent to the emissions from the combustion of about 718 t of standard coal throughout the year.The scheme has been tested by engineering practice,with feasibility and advancement,adapts to complex port operation modes,effectively solves the problem of shore based power supply and ship type adaptability,improves the utilization rate of ship-to-shore power,and is conducive to the realization of dual-carbon goals and the development of low-carbon economy.
