摘 要:为了研究水泥、粉煤灰、纤维素、抗分散剂4种添加因素对固化土性能的影响规律,对不同掺量配比的固化土进行正交试验设计,并结合极差分析,确定影响固化土流动度、无侧限抗压强度和水稳定性的关键因素和较优配比。试验结果表明:较优固化剂配比为水泥14%,粉煤灰6%,纤维素2%,抗分散剂2%;固化土流动度随时间增加而降低,尤其在前1 h内变化显著;水下养护会导致强度损失,损失范围为5.49%~39.92%,但水稳定系数较高时的损失更小;水稳定系数大的配比在水下养护后期强度增长大于水稳定系数小的配比,建议配制的淤泥固化土的水稳定系数不低于80%。此外,水泥含量对流动度和强度的影响最为显著,抗分散剂的影响最小。To investigate the effects of cement,fly ash,cellulose,and anti-dispersant on the performance of stabilized soil,an orthogonal experimental design was conducted on stabilized soil with different mixture ratios.Through range analysis,the key factors influencing the fluidity,unconfined compressive strength,and water stability of stabilized soil were identified,and the optimal mixture ratios were determined.The experimental results indicate that the optimal stabilizer mixture ratio is:14%cement,6%fly ash,2%cellulose,and 2%anti-dispersant.The fluidity of stabilized soil decreases over time,with significant changes occurring within the first hour.Submerged curing results in a strength loss ranging from 5.49%to 39.92%,the loss is smaller when the water stability coefficient is higher.Mixtures with a higher water stability coefficient exhibit greater strength growth during the later stages of submerged curing compared to those with a lower coefficient.It is recommended that the water stability coefficient of stabilized soil formulated from sludge should not be less than 80%.Furthermore,cement content has the most significant impact on fluidity and strength,while the anti-dispersant has the least influence.
