摘 要:对于节段式沉管隧道,节段接头的防水效果直接影响隧道的使用寿命,为了验证沉管隧道节段接头Omega止水带的有效性,开展0.5~1.2 MPa水压作用下不同接头张开量水密性模型试验。结果显示:1)1.2 MPa水压作用下压降比超过5%,Omega止水带无法满足水密性要求;2)1.2 MPa水压作用下,35 mm张开量工况试验时止水带折角位置在保压1 h后出现瞬时破裂,需考虑在局部位置加强止水带抗拉强度;3)螺栓扭矩是影响Omega止水带水密性的一个关键因素,螺栓扭矩要与止水带自身强度匹配。研究内容可为类似工程防水设计提供参考,未来百米级水深沉管隧道防水设计可在止水带材料特性和防水构造上寻求突破。For segment-type immersed tube tunnel,the waterproofing effect of the segment joint directly affects the service life of the tunnel.In order to verify the effectiveness of the Omega water stop at the segment joint of the immersed tunnel,a water tightness model test was conducted under the action of 0.5~1.2 MPa water pressure with different joint opening amounts.The results showes that:1)Under the action of 1.2 MPa water pressure,the pressure drop ratio exceeds 5%,which cannot meet the water tightness requirements;2)Under the action of 1.2 MPa water pressure,the corner position of test waterstop under the 35 mm opening condition showed instantaneous ruptures after holding the pressure for 1 h,and it is necessary to consider strengthening the tensile strength of the waterstop at local locations;3)Bolt torque is a key factor affecting the water tightness of Omega waterstop.The bolt torque should also match the strength of the waterstop itself.This paper can provide reference for similar engineering waterproofing design,and in the future,breakthroughs can be sought in the material characteristics and waterproofing structure of waterstop in the waterproofing design of 100 meter deep immersed tube tunnels.
