摘　　要：人民群众在社会实践中创造性地提出了符合社会发展需要和极大推动社会进步的方法、观念等,充分展现出创造潜力和聪明才智。尊重人民首创精神不仅是马克思主义历史观的根本内容、中国共产党根本宗旨的本质体现,也是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义事业的根本要求。探析尊重人民首创精神方法的理论出场、内涵意蕴和实践要旨,为新时期社会治理提供重要的方法借鉴,具有理论价值和现实意义。In their social practice,the people creatively put forward methods and concepts that meet the needs of social development and greatly promote social progress,fully demonstrating their creative potential and ingenuity.Respecting the people's spirit of initiative is not only the fundamental content of the Marxist concept of history and the essential embodiment of the fundamental tenet of the Communist Party of China((CPC),but also a fundamental requirement for adhering to and developing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to analyze the theoretical appearance,connotation and practical purpose of the method of respecting the people's spirit of initiative,so as to provide important methodological reference for social governance in the new era.
