摘　　要：《推进数字档案馆建设实施办法(试行)》是国家档案局为加强数字档案馆的建设与管理而制定的政策性文件。本文详细介绍了该办法的制定背景、过程及主要内容,旨在为各级各类档案馆开展数字档案馆建设提供工作指导和参考。The Implementing Measures for the Advancement of the Construction of Digital Ar⁃chives(for Trial Implementation)is a policy docu⁃ment formulated by the National Archives Admin⁃istration of China to strengthen the construction and management of digital archives in China.The paper elaborates on the background and process of its formulation as well as the main content of the Measures so as to provide direction and guid⁃ance for national archives of all kinds and at all levels to construct digital archives.
