数字经济发展对地区能源消费结构的影响研究

摘　　要：随着“碳达峰”“碳中和”双碳目标的提出,优化我国能源消费结构迫在眉睫。数字经济与社会各领域、各行业深度融合,在提升资源配置效率、减少污染排放等方面展现出独特的优势,逐渐成为能源消费结构转型升级的重要助力。本文以2011—2022年中国30个省份为样本,运用熵值法构建数字经济发展水平评价体系,探究数字经济发展对能源消费结构的影响。研究表明,数字经济发展能够优化能源消费结构,且产业结构调整和技术水平提高在这一影响机制中发挥中介作用;进一步分析发现,该作用在地区之间呈现异质性。文章拓宽了对数字经济发展对能源消费结构的影响机制的研究,同时为利用数字经济发展推动能源消费结构转型提供理论借鉴。With the“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”double carbon targets proposed,it is urgent to optimize China's energy consumption structure.Digital economy is deeply integrated with various social fields and industries,showing unique advantages in improving resource allocation efficiency and reducing pollution emission,and gradually becoming an important contribution to the transformation and upgrading of energy consumption structure.Taking 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022 as a sample,this paper constructs an evaluation system of the development level of digital economy by using the method of direct value to explore the impact of digital economy development on energy consumption structure.The research shows that the development of digital economy can optimize the structure of energy consumption,and the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of technological level play an intermediary role in this influence mechanism.Further analysis showed that the effect was heterogeneous among regions.This paper widens the influence mechanism of the development of digital economy on energy consumption structure,fills the academic gap to a certain extent,and provides theoretical reference for promoting the transformation of energy consumption structure with the development of digital economy.
