摘 要:张弦梁拉索的张拉过程直接决定了结构最终的几何位形,为研究张弦梁原位张拉各阶段结构性能和预应力之间的影响规律,以海南陵水体育馆张弦梁钢屋盖项目为依托,运用仿真软件建立张弦梁原位张拉三维模型,并采用非线性的计算方式,对不同张拉施工阶段下张弦梁的变形和内力进行全过程分析。结果表明:张拉初始阶段张弦梁在脱离支撑胎架前,支撑点两侧均出现下挠,随着预应力的增大,张弦梁跨中区域及支撑左侧的竖向位移逐渐减小,支撑右侧的竖向位移逐渐增大;张拉后期阶段,张弦梁跨中区域起拱明显,同时预应力的增大导致张弦梁构件的各项内力逐渐增加,其中两侧张拉端的弯矩明显增大,下弦拉索的索力控制难度也同样变大。The tensioning process of the tension string directly determines the final geometric shape of the structure.In order to study the influence law between the structural performance and prestress of each stage of in-situ tensioning of the tensioned string beam,this paper uses simulation software to establish a three-dimensional model of the in-situ tensioning of the tensioned string beam based on the steel roof project of the tension string beam of Hainan Lingshui Gymnasium,and uses the nonlinear calculation method to analyze the whole process of the deformation and internal force of the tensioned string beam under different tensile construction stages.The results show that in the initial tensioning stage,the deflection occurs on both sides of the support point before the beam is detached from the support frame,and with the increase of prestress,the vertical displacement of the tensioned string beam in the middle span area and the left side of the support gradually decreases,and the vertical displacement on the right side of the support gradually increases.In the later stage of tensioning,the arching of the middle span area of the tension string beam is obvious,and the increase of prestress leads to the gradual increase of the internal forces of the tension beam members,in which the bending moment of the tension ends on both sides increases significantly,and the difficulty of cable force control of the lower chord tension cable also increases.
