摘 要:为解决电解液的成分、含量、温度等因素会影响导电率与金属表面钝化机理,从而影响加工金属的表面质量的问题。通过改变Na_(2)SO_(4)和NaCl溶液的浓度和温度,对GH4169表面腐蚀规律进行研究。采用动电位极化测试与电化学阻抗谱分析GH4169电化学溶解特性,并使用三维形貌仪对实验工件表面进行扫描,观察表面变化规律。结果表明:两者的腐蚀效率随溶液浓度和温度的增加而增加,但GH4169高温合金在NaCl溶液腐蚀效率高,表面质量差,在Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中腐蚀效率低,表面质量好,在NaCl溶液中腐蚀速率受浓度影响更大,但在Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中则受温度影响更大。In order to solve the problem that the composition,content and temperature of the electrolyte will affect the conductivity and passivation mechanism of the metal surface,thus affecting the surface quality of the processed metal.The surface corrosion law of GH4169 is investigated by varying the concentration and temperature of Na_(2)SO_(4)and NaCl solutions.The electrochemical dissolution characteristics of GH4169 are analyzed by using potentiodynamic polarization testing and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.and the surface of the experimental workpiece is scanned by a three-dimensional topography instrument to observe any alterations in its surface.The results indicate that the corrosion efficiency of both superalloys increases with increasing solution concentration and temperature.However,GH4169 superalloy exhibits high corrosion efficiency but poor surface quality in NaCl solution,whereas it demonstrates low corrosion efficiency but good surface quality in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution.The corrosion rate in NaCl solution is more influenced by concentration,while in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution it is more affected by temperature.
