摘　　要：就业是高校的生命线,随着高校毕业生数量逐年增多,就业形势逐渐严峻,加之受经济下滑影响,毕业生就业数量与质量受到前所未有的挑战。“一站式”学生社区的建设为高校就业工作搭建了新的平台,正处在由点及面、快速发展、全面铺开的重要阶段。通过探索“一站式”学生社区就业育人工作可行的实践路径与新型机制,帮助更多的大学生提前明确就业目标,夯实就业基础,为实现高质量就业提供新思路,切实做到为党育人、为国育才。Employment is the lifeline of universities.With the increasing number of college graduates,the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe.In addition,due to the impact of economic downturn,the quantity and quality of employment for graduates are facing unprecedented challenges.The construction of a"one-stop"student community has provided a new platform for employment work in universities,and is currently in an important stage of rapid development and comprehensive deployment from point to surface.By exploring feasible practical paths and new mechanisms for"one-stop"student community employment and education work,we aim to help more college students clarify their employment goals in advance,consolidate their employment foundation,provide practical and feasible new ideas for achieving high-quality employment,and effectively cultivate talents for the Party and the country.
