摘　　要：河南省县域特色产业在农业、制造业和文化旅游业等方面展现出较大的发展潜力,但在发展过程中仍面临科技创新不足、产业结构单一、融资困难、人才短缺以及市场推广不足等问题。结合河南县域经济发展实际,通过典型案例分析,从政策体系、技术创新能力、产业管理和市场需求等方面探讨了特色产业发展的制约因素,并提出深化产业改革、强化技术创新、优化产业结构、提升管理水平等应对策略,以期有助于促进河南省县域特色产业的可持续发展和区域经济高质量发展。County-level characteristic industries in Henan Province have exhibited significant development potential in aspects such as agriculture,manufacturing,and cultural tourism.Nevertheless,during the development process,they still confront problems like insufficient technological innovation,a simplistic industrial structure,financing hardships,talent scarcity,and inadequate market promotion.Through typical case analysis and in conjunction with the actual circumstances of county-level economies in Henan Province,the roots of the issues are probed into,and the constraining factors in policy systems,technological innovation capabilities,industrial management,and market demands are analyzed.Moreover,countermeasures such as deepening industrial reforms,intensifying technological innovation,optimizing the industrial structure,and elevating the management level are put forward to facilitate the sustainable development and high-quality economic growth of county-level characteristic industries in Henan Province.
