摘　　要：结合安徽文化传媒产业投融资实践,运用坐标法SWOT方法分析安徽文化传媒产业投融资的机会和威胁、优势和劣势,并对其影响强度进行分析反思和系统化整合,判断安徽文化传媒领域投融资体系建设总体情况为:安徽文化传媒领域投融资体系雏形已具,成长加速,比较优势正在建立,但存在政策缺席、渠道单一、创新不力、环境欠优等问题,推动安徽文化传媒领域发展的势能有待深度聚集。安徽文化传媒领域投融资体系建设应体制机制并重,重点突破与整体发力兼顾,分兵合击,建立综合优势。Combined with the investment and financing practice of Anhui cultural media industry,this paper uses the coordinate method SWOT analysis method to analyze and reflect on the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of the investment and financing of Anhui cultural media industry,and systematically integrates its impact intensity.The overall situation of the investment and financing system construction of Anhui cultural media industry is as follows:the investment and financing system in the field of culture and media in Anhui has taken shape,the growth is accelerating,and the comparative advantage is being established.But there exist problems such as absence of policies,single channels,weak innovation,and poor environment,and the potential energy to promote the development of Anhui’s cultural media field needs to be deepened.Therefore,we should pay equal attention to both the system and mechanism,give consideration to the key breakthrough and the overall force,and establish comprehensive advantages.
