摘　　要：研究医院利用数智化技术进行物质精细化管理的整体解决方案。该方案通过建立供货商协同物流管理机制和物资三级库,加强门诊专科类材料管理,从而加强物流过程监控、质量监管和成本控制,建立全链条溯源性管理,提高医院运营效率。This article focuses on elaborating the overall solution for hospitals to conduct refined material management by leveraging digital and intelligent technologies.The solution involves establishing a collaborative logistics management mechanism with suppliers and a three-level material warehouse system,as well as strengthening the management of specialized materials in outpatient departments.This approach enhances the monitoring of the logistics process,quality supervision,and cost control,and establishes a full-chain traceability management system,thereby improving the operational efficiency of the hospital.
