芪参益气滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及对C反应蛋白的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究芪参益气滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对C反应蛋白的影响。方法:随机选取2023年1月-2023年12月天津市河西区下瓦房社区卫生服务中心收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组42例;对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,实验组给予曲美他嗪、芪参益气滴丸联合治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、心功能和C反应蛋白。结果:治疗后,实验组的有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的LVEF高于对照组,LVEDd、LVEDs低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性心力衰竭患者采用芪参益气滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗疗效确切,能降低C反应蛋白水平来调节炎性反应,增强患者的心肌能力和输血功能,可为临床用药提供借鉴。Objective:To study the clinical effect and influence on C-reactive protein of Qishenyiqi dripping pills combined with trimetazi-dine on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:84 elderly patients with chronic heart failure received in Xiawafang Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the experiment group was treated with Qishenyiqi drip-ping pills and trimetazidine.The clinical effect,cardiac function and C-reactive protein of two groups were compared.Results:After treat-ment,the effect rate of experiment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).LVEDd and LVEDs of experiment group were lower than control group,while LVEF of experiment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein level of experiment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with Qishenyiqi dropping pills has a definite effect on elderly chronic heart failure,alleviates the inflammatory response of patients,improves the cardiac function of patients,and can provide reference for clinical drug use.
