摘 要:设计一款可以无线传输的小型化、低成本、便携式细胞显微图像采集系统,该系统的尺寸为13 cm×5 cm×20 cm。基于Unigraphics NX软件设计结构并进行三维打印实现低成本轻量化,质量为~1.5 kg,使用OpenCV库中的函数设计智能显微图像采集软件平台。经测试,所提系统可通过WiFi进行显微图像的无线传输,实现细胞计数及细胞迁移,满足普通细胞观察的实验要求,分辨率达1.5μm,可应用于教学及科学研究。A miniaturized,low-cost,and portable cell microscopic image acquisition system designed for wireless transmission has been developed,using Unigraphics NX software and three-dimensional printing for system structure to achieve cost efficiency and lightweight.The system measures 13 cm×5 cm×20 cm and weighs~1.5 kg.An intelligent microimage acquisition software platform is built using functions from the OpenCV library.Testing results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully transmits microscopic images wirelessly via WiFi,performs cell counting and cell migration,and meets the requirements of standard cell observation experiments.The resolution of system is 1.5μm,which is suitable for both teaching and scientific research applications.
