人才培养视域下现代产业学院“现代性”内涵诠释及实践探索——以宁波工程学院为例

摘　　要：现代产业学院是应用型高校推进产教融合的重要新型载体。以全国首批现代产业学院立项建设高校——宁波工程学院的实践为例,解析现代产业学院在人才培养维度所蕴含的“现代性”特质,即人才培养目标适应“现代工业新业态”、学科专业设置匹配“现代产业新布局”、建设运行机制服务“现代高教新需要”、综合育人改革探索“现代教学新范式”。对“现代性”内涵的阐释,将有助于现代产业学院更好地发挥人才培养的核心功能。Modern industrial college(MIC)is a new and important carrier for applied universities to promote the integration of industry and education.Based on the practice of Ningbo University of Technology,one of the first batch of universities approved for the construction of MIC in China,the“modernity”characteristics contained in the talent cultivation dimension of MIC were discussed.For the first time,this paper proposes an explanation of the“modernity”connotation of talent cultivation in MIC:the adaptability of talent cultivation goals to the“new format of modern industry”,the matching of disciplinary and professional settings with“new layout of modern industry”,the service of operational mechanisms to“new needs of modern higher education”,and the exploration of“new paradigms of modern teaching”through comprehensive education reform.The interpretation of the connotation of“modernity”herein will help MIC better fulfill their core function of talent cultivation.
