摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展,工程项目管理模式逐步向精细化、集成化和综合化转变,数据分析在工程项目管理中的作用也日益凸显出来。然而缺乏规范的分析步骤以及高效的分析手段使得数据的效用并未得到最大限度的发挥。本文结合马来西亚RAPID项目对数据分析的实践与经验积累,探寻工程项目数据分析的方法、步骤和多种分析结果表现形式,以提高数据分析对项目管理的指导和支持作用。With the advancement of computer technology,engineering project management is transitioning toward refinement,integration,and comprehensiveness,highlighting the growing role of data analysis.However,the lack of standardized procedures and efficient analytical methods has limited the full utility of data.Drawing on experiences from the RAPID project in Malaysia,this paper explores methodologies,steps,and various presentation forms of data analysis results in engineering projects,aiming to enhance the role of data analysis in guiding and supporting project management.
