摘　　要：在成品油销售中,物流的安全与效率直接影响企业的效益与责任。为提升物流效率、保障油品安全、降低运营风险,成品油销售企业正积极探索物流安防AI平台的建设与应用。油罐车作为危险品运输的核心载体,其运行安全尤为关键。本文以油罐车安防多维度AI平台为例,提出并系统介绍了该平台的设计与应用方案。该平台融合了720度全景监控、AI识别、云计算服务、移动通信技术及高精度电子地图等技术,构建出集监控、预警、轨迹追踪、运距测算与远程控制于一体的综合系统。该平台采用五层架构,实现对油罐车运输全流程的可视化、智能化管理,显著提升运输安全性与运营效率。未来,该平台将持续向智能化、集成化、网络化方向升级,为企业实现降本增效、保障运输安全、推动行业高质量发展提供强有力支撑。In the sales of refined oil products,the safety and efficiency of logistics operations directly impact a company’s profitability and social responsibility.To enhance logistics efficiency,ensure oil product safety,and reduce operational risks,refined oil sales enterprises are actively exploring the construction and application of AI-based logistics security platforms.As the core carriers for transporting hazardous materials,oil tankers play a critical role in ensuring transport safety.Using a multidimensional AI security platform for oil tankers as an example,this paper proposes and systematically introduces the design and application of such a platform.Integrating technologies such as 720-degree panoramic monitoring,AI recognition,cloud computing services,mobile communication,and high-precision electronic mapping,the platform forms a comprehensive system that encompasses monitoring,early warning,route tracking,distance calculation,and remote control.Adopting a five-layer architecture,the platform enables visualized and intelligent management of the entire oil tanker transportation process,significantly improving safety and operational efficiency.Looking ahead,the platform will continue to evolve toward greater intelligence,integration,and connectivity,providing strong support for cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,transport safety assurance,and high-quality industry development.
