摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究新质生产力赋能文体旅消费场景高质量发展的内在逻辑、困境,并提出路径。内在逻辑:技术突破驱动,构建场景智能转型新引擎;要素配置提效,打造场景协同运行新范式;产业升级增质,开辟场景价值创造新空间。困境:专业人才供给不足,数字治理机制不全,技术应用支撑薄弱。路径:完善多维人才培育体系,优化数字协同治理机制,强化技术应用支撑底座。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the internal logic and dilemma of the new quality productivity empowering the high-quality development of culture,sports and tourism consumption scenes,and put forward the path.Internal logic:It is driven by technological breakthroughs to build a new engine for scene intelligent transformation.It uses factor allocation to improve efficiency to create a new paradigm of scene collaborative operation.It increases quality with industrial upgrading and opens up new space for scene value creation.Dilemma:The supply of professional talents is insufficient,the digital governance mechanism is incomplete,and the support for technological applications is weak.Path:We should improve the multi-dimensional talent cultivation system,optimize the digital collaborative governance mechanism,and strengthen the support foundation for technological application.
