摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究“双碳”目标下我国户外运动产业低碳发展的动因、困境,并提出路径。动因:国家政策引领,构建保障体系;科技创新赋能,重塑发展路径;公众消费升级,激活市场动能。困境:低碳标准体系不全,规范发展效能弱化;低碳技术嵌入匮乏,阻碍绿色创新驱动;企业低碳转型缓慢,产业发展进程受阻;低碳消费动能受阻,消费潜力难以释放。路径:构建标准体系,助力低碳产业规范发展;强化技术创新,构建低碳技术支撑体系;纾解成本压力,提升企业低碳转型动力;培育低碳消费,促进低碳消费提质扩容。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the motivation and dilemma of low-carbon development of China's outdoor sports industry under the goal of"dual carbon",and put forward the path.Motivation:National policies lead the way and build a guarantee system.Scientific and technological innovation empowers and reshapes the development path.Public consumption upgrades and activates the market kinetic energy.Dilemma:The low carbon standard system is incomplete,and the efficiency of normative development is weakened.The lack of low-carbon technology embeddings hinders the drive for green innovation.The low-carbon transformation of enterprises is slow,and the industrial development process is hindered.The driving force of low-carbon consumption is hindered,and the consumption potential is difficult to release.Path:We should build a standard system to help the standardized development of low-carbon industries,strengthen technological innovation to build a lowcarbon technology support system,ease the cost pressure to boost the impetus for low-carbon transformation of enterprises,and foster low-carbon consumption to promote the quality and expansion of low-carbon consumption.
