摘 要:为了优化传统的次氯酸钠法制备橡胶促进剂环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(CBS)的工艺,以2-巯基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)和环己胺为原料,以异丙醇为溶剂的条件下,进行了不同催化剂在不同反应条件下对次氯酸钠法氧化制备CBS生产工艺的性能研究,通过改变原料配比、溶剂含量、温度、催化剂种类等因素,设计相关正交实验,经熔点、游离胺及液相色谱的测定,确定优化反应条件及催化剂种类。结果:次氯酸钠法制备CBS的优化组合为M、环己胺物质的量比1∶1.2,M、NaClO物质的量比1∶1.4、溶剂选用100%异丙醇,含量为85%、反应温度设为45℃、催化剂选用氢氧化锰。In order to optimize the traditional sodium hypochlorite method for preparing rubber accelerator cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide(CBS),we used 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(promoter M)and cyclohexylamine as raw materials and isopropanol as solvent,studying the performance of different catalysts in the production process of CBS by sodium hypochlorite oxidation under different reaction conditions,By changing the raw material ratio,solvent content,temperature,catalyst type and other factors,relevant orthogonal experiments are designed.The optimal reaction conditions and catalyst types are determined by measuring the melting point,free amine and liquid chromatography.The optimal combination for preparing CBS by sodium hypochlorite method was determined through result analysis as n(M)∶n(cyclohexylamine)=1∶1.2,n(M)∶n(NaClO)=1∶1.4,solvent selected as 100%isopropanol with a content of 85%,reaction temperature set as 45℃,and catalyst selected as manganese hydroxide.
