科普实验--化“渣”为宝,咖啡渣的综合利用

摘  要:咖啡渣作为咖啡豆加工后的残渣,富含油脂、糖和蛋白质等有效成分,可用作肥料和燃料,而大多数被丢弃或运往垃圾填埋场,因此作为油脂类废弃物,咖啡渣具有广阔的回收利用前景。通过对咖啡渣提取生物柴油复杂的实验过程进行创新性至简化设计,不仅成功提取到亚油酸乙酯,并且再次回收利用咖啡渣获得咖啡渣衍生碳电极材料、咖啡花盆、咖啡香皂、咖啡纸等产品,具有废物利用的大众科普意义,体现“3R”原则。设计梯度科普实验,凸显“化学之美”和“化学之用”,引导普通大众树立环保理念,培养中小学生的化学科学素质。Coffee grounds,as the residue of processed coffee beans,are rich in effective components such as oil,sugar and protein,which can be used as fertilizers and fuels.While most of them are discarded or transported to landfills,so as an oleaginous waste,coffee grounds have a broad prospect of recycling.Through the innovative and simplified design of the complex experimental process of biodiesel extraction from coffee grounds,we not only successfully extracted ethyl linoleate,but also recycled coffee grounds to obtain coffee grounds-derived carbon electrode materials,coffee pots,coffee soap,coffee paper and other products,which is of popular science significance for waste utilization and embodies the“3R”principle.Designing gradient science popularization experiments,highlighting the significance of waste utilization.The design of gradient science experiments highlights the“beauty of chemistry”and“the use of chemistry”,guides the general public to establish the concept of environmental protection,and cultivates the scientific quality of chemistry among primary and secondary school students.
