摘 要:针对传统聚乙烯醇(PVA)多孔材料制备过程中醛类交联剂残留、酸性废液污染等环境与安全问题,提出基于羧基功能化Fe_(3)O_(4)@-COOH金属氧化物粉体与钠离子(Na^(+))构建的绿色复合交联剂,并在碱性条件下与聚乙烯醇大分子通过高速机械发泡法构建多重交联网络形成多孔材料。研究了该复合交联剂在碱性条件下与聚乙烯醇分子链的配位、氢键、酯化及离子络合协同作用机制。实验结果表明该研究无需加入醛类物质做交联剂、无需酸作为催化剂进行聚合反应制备具有稳定孔隙结构、优异力学性能和吸水性能的Fe_(3)O_(4)/Na^(+)/PVA多孔复合材料,为开发环境友好型高分子多孔材料提供了新的技术路径。To address the environmental and safety issues of residual aldehyde crosslinkers and acidic wastewater pollution in traditional polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)porous material preparation,this study proposes a green composite crosslinker based on carboxyl-functionalized Fe_(3)O_(4)@-COOH metal oxide powder and sodium ions(Na^(+)).A multi-crosslinked network was constructed through high-speed mechanical foaming under alkaline conditions,where PVA macromolecules interact with the composite crosslinker.The coordination,Hydrogen bond,esterification,and ionic complexation mechanisms between the composite crosslinker and PVA molecular chains under alkaline conditions were systematically investigated.Experimental results demonstrate the successful development of an aldehyde-and acid-free process to prepare PVA porous composites with stable pore structures,excellent mechanical properties,and superior water absorption.This approach thereby providing a novel technical pathway for environmentally friendly polymer porous materials.
